B. adj. Biol. [f. mod.L. Stercoraria, name of a section of the genus Trypanosoma (C. A. Hoare 1964, in Jrnl. Protozool. XI. 203/1).] Used to designate those species of Trypanosoma which occur in the digestive tract of the secondary host, and are transmitted in its fæces. Cf. salivarian a.
