1. a. R.C. Ch. A member of ‘The Congregation of the Discalced Clerks of the most Holy Cross and Passion of our Lord Jesus Christ’, founded in Italy by Paolo della Croce in 1720.
In addition to the usual vows, they take an obligation that they will do their utmost to keep alive in the hearts of the faithful the memory of Christ's passion.
