释义 | ovalbumen, -in Chem.|əʊvælˈbjuːmən, -ɪn| [f. L. ovi albumen (Pliny), white of egg.] The albumen or white of egg; egg albumen. In mod. use written ovalbumin and applied to the albumin that is the principal protein of egg-white.
