释义 | silane Chem.|ˈsaɪleɪn| [ad. G. silan (A. Stock 1916, in Ber. d. Deut. Chem. Ges. XLIX. 108): see silicon and -ane.] Any of the large class of hydrides of silicon analogous to the alkanes; spec. silicon tetrahydride, SiH4, a colourless gas which has strong reducing properties and is spontaneously flammable in air.
