释义 | ˈtuck-point, v. [f. tuck n.1 + point v.1] To point or fill up the joints of (brickwork) with coloured mortar, grooved with a narrow groove, which is filled with fine white lime putty, allowed to project slightly. Hence tuck-pointer, -pointing.
