释义 | datisi Logic.|dəˈtaɪsaɪ| The mnemonic term designating the mood of the third figure of syllogisms in which the major premiss is a universal affirmative (a), and the minor premiss and conclusion particular affirmatives (i, i). The intitial d indicates that the mood may be reduced to darii of the first figure; the s following the second vowel, that this is done by simple conversion of the minor premiss.
