释义 | galeate, a. Nat. Hist.|ˈgælɪeɪt| [ad. L. galeātus, f. galea helmet.] = galeated 1 and 2. a.1706Phillips (ed. Kersey), Cucullate Flowers are such as resemble the Figure of a Helmet, or Monk's Hood; being otherwise termed Galeate and Galericulate Flowers. 1826Kirby & Sp. Entomol.
