释义 | peonin Chem.|ˈpiːənɪn| [ad. G. päonin (Willstätter & Nolan, 1915, in Ann. d. Chem. CDVIII. 136), f. päonie peony: see -in1.] An anthocyanin (usu. isolated as the reddish violet chloride, C28H33O16Cl) that is the colouring matter of red peonies and on hydrolysis gives peonidin and glucose.
